In Guatemala, tradition has it that everyone has a little worry doll. Legend has it that they have a magical power: they make every conceivable sorrow disappear during the night. Every night, before going to sleep, tell your doll about your biggest and smallest worries and sorrows. Then place it on your bedside table or under your pillow. As soon as you're asleep, your doll will take your worries with her, letting you sleep peacefully. The next day, as if by magic, all your worries will have disappeared!
