#### 1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by **Mercy LDA**. They apply to all sales made through the **Mercy LDA** website, covering the following categories: clothing, jewelry, accessories, home products, shoes, beauty.

#### 2. Orders

Customers must follow the ordering process specified on the site. The sale is considered final after the customer is sent confirmation of the acceptance of the order by **Mercy LDA** via email.

#### 3. Prices

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including all taxes. **Mercy LDA** reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.

#### 4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process. Delivery times are given for guidance only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated.

#### 5. Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, by credit card, PayPal, or any other means specified on the site.

#### 6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current European legislation, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products.

#### 7. Guarantees and Liability

**Mercy LDA** commits to refunding or exchanging products that do not conform or have a defect. The request must be made within 30 days following delivery. **Mercy LDA** cannot be held liable for failure to execute the contract in case of stock outage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications. Promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales of promotional or sale items are final.


#### 8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the **Mercy LDA** site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of **Mercy LDA**. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.

#### 9. Personal Data

**Mercy LDA** commits to protecting the personal data of its customers. The information collected is only used within the context of managing orders, as well as to improve the services offered.

#### 10. Disputes

These online sales conditions are subject to Portuguese law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, Portuguese courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
